how they design something so beautiful like this adobe wall this house was
built in 1870 yes 1870s such a long time ago how do i know i’m selecting the

history located just three blocks away from the center today i’m gonna teach

is what you’re gonna find in a beautiful colonial homes here in granada nicaragua
actually you can tell right away as soon as you open the doors the first things
you’re gonna notice is a beautiful sala or living room right after it you’re
gonna find this corridor and then these beautiful columns made of wood and right
in the center you have the beautiful garden in this particular property what
i like about it is you have the chance to recreate exactly what you like
probably this property was just used to be part of another bigger units normally
at homes in granada back in the 1800s we’re gonna see sizes like a thousand
square meter home easily so let’s keep going and see how they kept all the
beautiful feature of these colonial homes and how it’s important to be close
but not too much and not too far from the center

well guys i just walk in front this first sala
living area and the corridor now where i am right
now it’s where the bedrooms are we have three bedrooms and three bathrooms a
kitchen an extra space for laundry and also they have water heater and ac in
each room which is perfect you know when you buy one of these houses you’re not
expecting to have so many things like that but eventually people love to do
you know their own touch this is a house made of adobe so you can
tell it’s original structure but also they adapted in the way that you can
feel comfortable in the future it says two-story master suited in the first
floor and and the second floor and also it has something special here they have
a third level where you can have a great view of the city i’m gonna see that

okay right now this is the kitchen the
kitchen is not really big but it’s something functional you can tell right
away they have a lot of wood put into this place cabinet doors a nice size
stove a fridge and the pantry is just next door this
section here connects easily with the back part of the property where you have
a stairs that gonna take you to the second floor where the second master
suite is located a little weird but you can do some changing into this beautiful
property and make it something very special for you location wise is very
good also the kitchen size is pretty handy and functional now can you move
this kitchen to another section of the house yes you can actually pretty much
most of the people when they come to buy a property like this one they love to
set up an open kitchen just right on the corridor and everyone can be there and
integrate in a nice meeting with f we know in a party especially when you have
a nice dinner so can you move this kitchen to the other section of the
house yes you can which is very handy and very nice so now we’re going to
continue looking what is exactly and how this master suite looks like so i
understand there is a beautiful balcony up above where you can catch the entire

well this is what they call the master suite at the second floor they set up a
nice section of the windows with like french windows glass and wood also you
can tell right away the beautiful floor made of wood as well
and the master bathroom is just next door
nice overlooking the same center of the patio and the beautiful old roof made of
tiles and wood so you can tell you are in the colonial homes let’s see why they
say the bathroom is so special let’s go and take a look

well guys this is what they call the master bathroom they told me so special
i can’t tell why they say so special look at all the decoration this double
sink nice touch i never saw this one before
here beautiful you know pedestrial all made of ceramic also your own jacuzzi
this is crazy look at the stairs i can’t see the quality the quality of these
tiles is not really typical here again they keep the same wood floor
a closet that is pretty good size if you want to put some stuff here that’s okay
high ceiling but that’s the shower that’s crazy look
at that they made this shower you know single shower like this and
it’s open to the sky with the same color of the tiles this is
made of aluminium so you have the shower here
you have the jacuzzi double sink high ceiling and obviously the toilet so
this is a pretty big size bathroom guys with a nice window overlooking the roof
well you can tell every colonial home has different features and sometimes you
don’t know what you can find when you open those doors so let’s keep looking
around this beautiful place and let’s check it out why it’s so important to

well guys it’s so important to know when you are ready to buy a house in granada
do you need to know exactly what kind of house do you looking for but also you
need to know the location of the street how far from the market how close to the
central park it can makes a huge difference for your import you don’t
want a noisy street you don’t want a very traffic location you’re looking a
place for you to live and feel happy with obviously the city is a little bit
noisy but sometimes if you know how to select the right street it can make a
huge difference value-wise is related to the location of your property
