place is unbelievably well done the honor is doing a great job keeping
everything together so you will not have any chance to say carlos what else do i
need to stay there it’s ready to go so let’s go and continue looking at this
beautiful place

wow this is a nice kitchen size guys you can tell right away how the under
display put a lot of love into this place you have a nice window open here
countertop where you can serve the coffee in the morning or your breakfast
with your friends on the other side and also i can tell immediately how they set
up a nice double door fridge a nice also stove and something else
look at this ah
a filler how you come you know you can just right away feel the water here
start cooking that’s very clever some people wants to go to amazon and buy
this stuff and you know what he already did it right here look at the splashback
here the granite here all made of wood look at this there’s another details i
like to see huh what about this style look at this thing nice it’s all made of
hardwood nicaraguan wood good quality nice wind on the side
double sink and this is where you can get your breakfast every morning and set
up everything for your friends so the kitchen definitely it’s filled very
handy functional and big size that’s a nice touch let’s keep looking this place
because it’s definitely providing a lot of features that if you’re ready to buy
a home on the beach with clear title this is a great option to consider

this is one of the three bedrooms i am right now it has a full-size bathrooms
doors access directly to the terrace and then right after that you have the
swimming pool and then the beach they have two master suites right on the area
of the terrace so it’s easy to walk to the swimming pool or directly to the
beach side which is a great point this is one level house where you have all
the bedrooms in place which is make it more comfortable especially if you have
some issues with your knees or you don’t want to keep walking stairs all the time
that’s a good point [Musik]

that’s the extra bathroom i was telling you guys when you have guests
extra space behind which is good for more storage and right next door you
have the laundry space a washer dryer another fridge window to get more lights
good ceiling so it has good features that you’re gonna always be comfortable
here this place when you’re coming with your friends or family to start a stuff
and have an extra bathroom and again when you walk from the main door right
away you can feel the open space here which is nice and you can see the ocean
right from where i am which that’s a good point too so now let’s go and see
out what it looks like outside let’s go well this is the part that people gonna
love to stay here all the time here this is the ataras and there is a second
floor above where you can have a nice point view to check all the ocean part
of it here is a perfect place for you know poker play relax enjoy a good
coffee again or just simply pay attention to the sunset in this location

well i was good i was gonna tell you about the swimming pool you know but
were the first things i catch when i saw the swimming pool is the caco tree i’m
sure some people would not know what a dikako tree is
is here in nicaragua is very popular people love it because you can do like a
jam with it very delicious swimming pool is about five meters
wide by nine meters long which is good if you want to do some you know exercise
and right after the pool you can tell this deck made of wood
over look in the sun and right away you have the beach side that’s a beautiful
touch [Musik]
people said life is good definitely life is good if you have a nice nicaraguan
coffee like this one sitting right here close to the to my
swimming pool and right on the beach this is a beautiful property for some
people that love to be on the side of the beach nicaragua has beautiful
