one of the biggest features of any colonial home here in nicaragua
one of the main point is outdoor spaces where people can enjoy a nice swimming

day the tropical weather of nicaragua is definitely allow you to do that most of

both i can see the cathedral from the window and the balcony that we’re going
to look at and from the second floor and open balcony you can have that majestic
view of the volcano that it’s something that you cannot really
replicate in every home in this one it has it
walking through the second floor you’re gonna find two master suites each one
has its own bathrooms air conditioning and obviously you can see the ceiling
it’s a high ceiling made of cane tile and metal beams
that’s good because you know what that preserved the roof for longer time
that’s the first garden where you have the water fountain that’s the classic

every time you walk through one of these beautiful colonial homes you can you can
feel the history you can see what they really did back in time to make these
