so this kitchen is actually following a beautiful concept of the colonial taste
today actually you know the concept in between I mean when you integrate the
living area another living area and then the kitchen you feel
comfortable because you can talk to your friends and your family another thing I
like about this place is the lead open space on the garden which is good for
the lights and of course for the breeze before the living area you’re going to
have an open space which is a parking area most of the houses in Granada they
don’t have a parking which is hard to find so in this case that’s a big plus

beautiful garden I like it you know what it’s not a typical long Square Garden
actually very large and narrow but it helps to touch all the breeze and the
legs here it’s one of the three bedrooms I can see right away they have a closet
air conditioning the bathrooms good space it’s roomy so if you rent in a
house in Granada trust me when I’m telling you you definitely want to have
a three bedrooms or four bedrooms because there are a lot of people look
in houses in Granada especially now it’s a good time to have a rental income
because many people coming from other countries are looking in the house like
this so let’s go and see the swimming pool

that’s a nice swimming pool size actually it’s square with a waterfall
open nice breeze other section where you have your seats this is definitely one
of those places where you’re going to spend a lot of time to have your
vacation that’s very important when you are renting a house or if you want to
have a good time because as you know Nicaragua it’s pretty hot during the
summer season but not too bad actually the size of the pool
Square connecting with the area with the landscaping and the rooms make this
place like a beautiful spot to have a good time that’s nice
