kitchen on the second floor that’s where you have the master suite with a balcony
overlooking this beautiful garden the property entrance is right there it’s a
flat wall so you don’t know what’s behind the doors and it’s this beautiful

going to make this place ideal For You especially if you retire and you’re

cup of coffee the honor of this place the Carlos you have to try the coffee

put the counter in this color black and the splash bag is red that’s a nice
touch and all this concept I love the concept of the furniture and also they
let a double door fridge which is feel like a very modern kitchen and the

remember we have stairs outside and we have the espiral stairs inside so if you

downstairs too so you can connect to the landscaping and you have a beautiful
section where you have a round table with a umbrella which is very tropical
concept this light features made of ceramic that’s pretty you need and they
put a baby sugar cane and a ceiling roof to bring some part of the colonial taste

table here so I like the island also is for your breakfast and sweets so this is
a nice touch you can tell the house definitely is designed for people that
wants to retire and relax and enjoy the tropical weather and of course the
beautiful landscaping don’t forget you have a dipping pool so if you feel that
it’s too hot today jump into a cup of coffee or red wine
and you can enjoy it look at this this is a nice kitchen nice size so you can
replicate exactly the same size and the rest of the properties so you do have
like two three maybe four units and put it on the rental market right away I’m
