surrounded by your own avocado feel yes and also plantain next door this is one
of the houses that comes with this working farm that is so close to the
ryomo and Granada look at that what do they do in here
they have two bedrooms two bathrooms dining and living room and kitchen but
one of the most amazing things is when you open the window you can actually
grab the avocado that’s unbelievable come on and take a look to this
nice job you can see it’s under construction right now so you’re gonna
see a lot of things going around here which is all all the construction
material you can see a beautiful job concrete high ceiling everything’s made
of real wood which is great and then the closet and the bathroom which is under
construction and I can tell you how did it feel here so cool and fresh when you
are in the diomo the elevation of this area is so high and good enough to keep
the breeze and a good temperature so this is one of the thing I like about
this area so big this is about eight mansanas or 15 Acres about it so you
have so much space where you can grow your own food

I was looking at the list of all the trees and fruit trees you have in this
amazing property and actually the owners said Carlos you have to see this we have
four Casitas four homes everything here is organic so actually
they have 450 avocado trees with 10 different variations that’s amazing they
probably produce per tree 350 or 400 avocado that’s a lot of money
they have grapefruits mandarinas hundreds of plantains lemons sour Orange
grapefruit also they have Filipino different kind of plantain which is
hawaiiano Filipino you know mangoes different kind of mangoes mango machudo
mango Rosa mango papaya she’s a never know we have so many names and so many
type and also they have 50 papaya plants 50 cacao trees that’s right that tasted
chocolate because you can produce your own chocolate here
and also they have 40 coconut trees and all these trees are ready to produce and
be harvested with thousands of thousands of avocado so that is a money maker
especially today markets avocado is very treasure it’s very special
[Music] one of the things that that’s really
good on cacao trees are vanilla orchids so the vanilla orchids around the tree
helps to to make a better they grow up the tree
yeah so virtually not all I’ve there’s a couple I haven’t gotten to but virtually
all of these the cow trees have vanilla orchids growing up them wow and there’s
something about a tree that produces chocolate having vanilla orchids I just
because that’s where vanilla comes that’s how vanilla comes from okay so
let me shut right now show the the the cacao tree right now give me one more

oh wow when they get to this point then when
they get Jello that’s when it’s ready to go jello jello yes or red yellow or red
red yellow they’re actually are both I have both kinds oh okay so in fact just
over here are red ones our red ones but these are big and I mean look at that

wow lemon and avocado is the main core of this working farm correct

this guy I mean this is a beautiful farm that you can have chicken you can have
horses actually Meadow she loves to see chickens I don’t know why she loves to
to see chickens but she loves it and look at how many chicken you can grab
your own eggs every every day you can have your own fresh eggs from here and
right away you can see this field of lemon trees
and also I have pitaya I have hokotes and I can tell right away
that the honor set up some water times to provide irrigation by gravity then I
can tell papayas trees around us one of the houses that we have for the
cuidadores so here is probably one of the highest Rolling Hills that we have
here right up there also another thing
oh yeah the view from the volcano here is amazing guys and look at this the
