every time you look for a property sometimes I have customers that say

that done and you do your checklist the next step is to find the right property
with the right location and this is the case one of the thing I like about this
location is first is easy access to the main road which is you can tell that
road is brand new four lanes roundabout which connects to the Pan American
Highway another 15 minutes only the land itself allows you to cut the
property in different sections actually you could do the road in them in in the
main road that comes from the highway going all the way on the on one side and
on the left side when you see the the photos on the video you can set up and
lay out the other houses or Lots

of the biggest points and big assets we have is the cost of the labor the cost
of living and in general speaking you can definitely do something lower of the
prices that you probably would never get in other countries Nicaragua is in that
process to be developed and get to the next stage and today’s market a lot of
customers and because you know what’s going on everywhere numbers prices cost
of living and safetiness is one of the biggest sales point that you can offer
to your future customers
