bathrooms really nicely designed i love the the
concept of this place because it’s one level home which is very comfortable
especially when you think in carlos i don’t want to buy a two-story house
because my knees all because i’m just retired so this is one of those places
that you’re gonna really enjoy because the garden the parking space which is

you know what when you’re looking around a house like this once
you’re expecting to have a beautiful space for your parking like this one and
the garden look at the garden well done and also another thing i love about this
place is the privacy they put the gate doors with some wood lines here and it’s

you walk through the door you can notice the garden in excellent condition three

and close to school supermarket and main avenues and kara terasuras you know it’s
a well-known place so i’m gonna give you all those description and this and below

the carrying area plus all the cabinets
they have a lot of space i like the sensation of having that view from here
and the dining table dining table for four six people actually you could
extend it for eight people easily very easy another section for your furniture
you know the lights all the lights features seated properly well done
the high ceiling very modern and clean you have another door which is a nice
touch you can go straight to the um to the porch also has roof and a beautiful
garden we’re gonna look that later now here you have
the kitchen connecting nicely with the dining and the living that’s a very open
concept that people demand today [Music]
now we have the family room next door which is in between
here you have this space and in between you
have the three bedrooms which keeps the privacy keeps the privacy between you
and your friends now look at the tv set it’s a nice huge size tv which is very
convenient and then you have air conditioning here
and i understand in every room you have air conditioning let’s go and see the
rooms one of the rooms let’s go come on

it’s it’s a good standard size you have enough space for your deck your office
if you’re working if you want to have a single bed this is perfect and then

you know nicaragua we have excellent carpenter especially when you’re looking
to have this kind of design enough space for your books
tv and all your personal belongings so this
is one of the three bedrooms this one can be excellent for your guests or for
your kids let’s go and see the master room

oh by the way just in between the two adjacent bedrooms you have that
beautiful bathrooms with everything in it you know standard light features head
showers sink and toilet nice uh ceramic tiles on the on the wall
keeping this insane a sense of clean it gives you a sense of clean especially
when you sell in a house this the bathroom and the kitchens always needs
to be well done because people pay attention to it let’s go and see the
master room there you go
it has a walk-in closet good size
okay every time i love to see how is the
master bedroom looks like but this one has a nice size you can tell a good size
bed probably it’s a king size side table they have extra bill i mean an extra
furniture for your you know especially for your wife when you need the mirror
put all your stuff like here beautiful work look at this

ceiling fan and the air conditioning like i told you every room has it so in

design with the columns and the arch in a long
long roof here which is perfect especially when it’s the rainy season so
you don’t want to be all the time inside the house you want to really enjoy the
garden but you don’t want to get wet so what they did here they designed a
beautiful columns like a colonial style a corridor
are surrounded by the garden nicaragua has a beautiful weather for a nice
garden especially if you’re looking to buy plants grass flowers you know here
you can go to katarina town and buy a beautiful bunch of them for low price so
if you live in manawa and you want to get the best plants you should go to
katarina and then you can talk to your gardener and they’re going to be happy
with it
