in the beautiful beach of pocho mill this is what they call pocho viejo
and reason why is because it was one of the oldest
section of the beach side here that was actually developed by the local people
you can tell right away as soon as you arrive to this
beautiful location how big and how beautiful these houses
are
one of the main features that you’re going to understand right away when as
soon as you walk here it’s why this beach area
is so beautiful and private
people here definitely love to come all the way from now on because it’s not
that far away and that’s one of the main point
it’s not that far from the cities where you can buy all the necessaries
conveniences like food water
and why not easy going
this place is one of those houses that
is definitely put it on your list because it’s we’re
talking about three thousand square vadas
and the house itself it’s six bedrooms with six bathrooms and
extra rooms for the service extra bathroom for
the service a very convenient parking space and you know what else
water water is one of the main point that

they told me to have two bedrooms right here so probably is this one let’s see

and ceramic of the sink perfect just perfect

two more beds this one has its own bathrooms over
there with a beautiful view from the ocean
and other bathrooms right here you know what this place
is just perfect if you’re planning to have parties weddings with justification
with all your family this is not a problem this is actually easy

and boom that’s the view that’s a beautiful sight definitely guys
look at check it out this is a beach home for a big group of people or why

and you can get to the second or to the

the view from the ocean exactly from here

okay guys you can tell this house home is very complete that’s the unit for the
people when you bring stuff to look after for you if you need a maid even
somebody looking after the garden they have a full-size rooms bathrooms and
kitchen this is the exterior part of the house where you have a beautiful garden
section that can be updated but you know what
the property itself is huge they have a mango tree
coconut tree lemon tree
some palms and look at that they have a generator
over there so if you have run out of power that’s not a problem there you go
that’s my friend it’s a fully equipped home definitely
there you go and they have a water pump to keep the
