the garden is something that always brings life and a good vibe to your

they designed something very nice and rustic but at the same time it’s feel
like a vacationer home riding from the pool you have this place that you have a
kitchenette a dining and some sofa with some concrete design here the textures
using these elements plus the roof here provide to you a nice breeze catching

guys you know what when you design something like this imagine yourself
sitting right on the chairs having a great cup of coffee the breeze the size
the lights and the moon day I mean what I’m saying is when you enjoy this kind
of gardens you’re gonna really relax and have a great time with the family and
your friends the Moonlight at night this place is something unique and beautiful
and also you can catch a great view from the volcano check it out this is a lamp
this is actually a sour orange tree not many people know that but this is one of
the the juice that you can really enjoy and it’s very healthy a lemon tree
another lemon tree that is the beautiful tree of the

here you have another unit which they use it as a storage door and then
balcony in your own storage and now let’s go and see what is the house looks

you know what the first impression I have when I walk into this place right
now is kind of a concept in between classic and contemporary but also the
owner decide to lay out the property in the way that you feel private in every
room that you have right here is kind of a corridor that connects to one of the
main entrants from the street you have a little salad another salad and I like
the way they work with the columns and the arch in between this you have
another wall that give you a separation so you have a new beautiful landscaping
area check this out this is a little like a little Lobby where you can
actually enjoy a good glass of water because right now
I’m thirsty a little bit sorry for my camera lady that she’s right now doing

anyway so like I said before this is a four bedrooms home this is one of the
first one at the first floor

clean neat and beautiful and details I can tell the details of this room look
at the floor they’re using the classic faville tiles everything here it’s Cedro
real probably probably a twin mattress more classes
the bookshelves and more light coming from that distinguish window and
something that I really can’t pay attention right away when you catch your
eyes is that beautiful mirror frame it with wood and how they design the
bathrooms which is different a shower on the side and the toilet right here with
these swing doors that’s very that’s very cute and cool
you know what the colors of this place feel like a cozy sharp and different one
of the things that I talk about at this place before with the owner that he said
Carlos if your customers are looking a house to generate incomes we’ve
definitely create a house in that direction they can live on the second
floor and have a direct access from that door and they have another door where
you can have your customers coming directly to the first floor and use this
place Airbnb and other platforms are generating good incomes recently
especially now with after coffee a lot of Travelers are trying to experience
different places in different countries and Granada is one of those destinations

especially when you’re coming to another country and you’re working from the
distance to have your own space for working from within a good internet this
is the case the honors of this place decided to design a special room for
your office so you have everything you need good internet light access directly
to the air to the outside in this case the corridor and then you have the
stairs they’re gonna take me to the second floor where we have the master
suite let’s go [Music]
wow this is a nice second floor guys very nice
so what we’re going to look into right now
it’s the space where the honor lives in this house this is where they decide
something different and comfortable for living full time
that’s how I call a functional and practical
kitchen the kitchen itself is not huge but it’s perfect especially when you
retire or you know looking for a big kitchen but just to have enough and you
work and next door you have the room this is perfect countertop with this is
ceramic everything here is made of wood and then all the splashback is the
classic tiles a nice touch with this Lino I made of wood as well and you can
see the high ceiling and also they Incorporated something different they’re
using the old style wood beans on the roof and also they have more lights a
convenient fridge size which is not that huge it’s not small that’s plenty for
you especially when you’re living and working from your home

the transition in between the kitchen and the dining
you have right here your own living space a piano
bookshelves a lot of space for your books and more stuff on the top the
ceiling font I mean it’s impressive they have
three four six ceiling fans that definitely gonna keep this place a good
airflow and more windows also you can see the transition very soft transition
between the living and your master suite room with the bathrooms let’s go
[Music] hey classic very organized also made of
wood walking through these beautiful doors as
well I can see they put a lot of attention to that details a high ceiling
air conditioning and right here is a very romantic I mean cozy this is a cozy
space more windows and access directly to your bathrooms and the closet you can
see guys the rooms doesn’t need to be too big to feel comfortable with this
and if you have your bathrooms which one also connects to your own private
balcony
I can feel it in these bathrooms how much airflow is going through Windows
Doors connection directly to your main salad and this is your private balcony
that’s it’s very romantic I can tell guys right at night remind yourself
sitting on these chairs with beautiful view from your own garden catching all
this breeze it’s just unbelievable foreign

this is a beautiful calm and relaxing
atmosphere how you can get that because how they use the color the wood the
white colors and the Light blues on the roof it’s also something that elements
create that’s perfect atmosphere air conditioning ceiling fans and a good
sized bathroom is always going to have a big plus for your customers especially
if you’re thinking to rent these units on Airbnb or directly when you have
customers coming to the city this is very important to think about the
