but you can easily put a um kin or a matrimonial one you can tell right away
I have an extra space for a little baby or baby bed so it’s good air
conditioning some curtains right here this is light doors made of glass and
aluminum then right there you have the closet what they did here is create a
whole frame made of concrete and the doors are made of wood that’s pretty
clever cuz you saved some money on that now they have another door right here
that I understand yeah it connects with the other room next door which is great
if you have babies you want to be close to it and then you don’t want to be you
know you want to be checking out what’s going on here now remember weal about
that there four bedrooms and 4 and 1 half bathroom which is perfect because
when you are renting a house like this and you have a big group that’s always

bonus right here you have another beautiful view from this massive Garden
is right in the middle catching all the breeze and the lights look at this this
is very typical in nicara you know like a plantain leaf and also buan bilia
Palms you can almost grow everything here and then we have another door that
connects to the extra another room here bigger room definitely nice size bedroom
I mean a mattress this is probably a king size side table with a beautiful
lamps everything here is made of real wood high ceiling that’s an industrial
ceiling fan which is better than other ones with the lights because those one
really keep the flow into the room doors connecting to that one another doors SL
doors and gate door to protect the place especially when you’re not here look um
walk to the area where the pool

bathrooms right away I can catch this beautiful beautiful concept with a frame
around the mirror a big mirror and the tiles it feels like a Maro key again you
know the influence in these houses is always interesting because you never
know people can put some stuff like AER and then AR Arabic or maroi which is a
great because you never know what you’re going to see when you open these doors
this is a beautiful size bathroom with a shower and the

know what that’s where you’re going to spend most of the time to relax and
enjoy this main massive Garden where you catch all the breeze and the Beautiful
light from the sunset or in the morning you can see down right here and enjoy a
great cup of coffee this is a beautiful concept because you have all the man
Garden right there foror and you can see these beautiful columns made of real
wood one of the things about this place is the location when you live in Granada
it’s very important to understand how far you are from the main plaza in this
particular one is only two blocks away which is very

that you can tell they located right in front of the swimming pool so probably
this is going to be one of those funny ones that your kids going to enjoy cuz
they’re going to love to open the door and ride jump into that pool this one
also has a private bathroom full side shower toilet and everything else plus
the closet made of beautiful wood doors check it out I still have some clothes
right here yes high it’s pretty high it’s all actually made of real wood then
you have the ceiling font the top a single mattress another side table with
the lamps High seating and air conditioning I like how they decided to
incorporate these extra doors for each room here facing the swimming pool these
three bedrooms has access directly to the swimming pool and they have another
one which is the one at the very back that we’re going to look into in a few
seconds so you know what it’s very important to understand when you have a
house in Granada and if you especially looking to rent them out three and four
bedrooms is always a good Plus for your

this is the fourth bedrooms that doesn’t have any access to the swimming pool but
it has something else that is also nice a private garden with these doors you
just open right here if I can open it and I cannot open it right now
okay that’s that’s part of the deal guys so don’t worry if you find a place like
this you cannot open the doors that’s fine but you know what you catch a lot
of Breeze from here it has some extra device to keep it safe
a lot of plants and a beautiful s here where you have a drainage system which
is great that’s very clever especially when it rains a lot a closet bathroom
fully equipped and then the mattress I mean this is a good side mattress side
tables and this nice piece or furniture that looks very antique made of wood the
entire size is a good sense of romatic and it’s feel homey it’s feel cozy and
all the wood color plus your private Garden that’s is a nice class air
conditioning and sing

F the kitchen is actually a functional space uh is next to the living room
which is very unusual and from here I have a great view from the cor door and
the main Garden the entire roof is made of wood actually they did another little
roof close close to the kitchen and all the doors of these uppers are made of
real wood and the tiles with a blue color a in this space you know it looks
a little dark but something you can change with the light features on the
top of the roof I like the size of it and something else that is different
from this kitchen is the splash bag that have here it looks very moraca very um
you know like a European stylish a little bit but the color and the wood
